Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice or discipline which originated in India. We help you find balance, harmony and energy renewal amidst the hectic bustle of everyday pressures and deadlines. Relax & enjoy standing and chair yoga in a park before and after the bike ride.

Riding a bike boosts your brainpower, relationships, health and happiness. In addition, when you add at least 150 minutes per week of moderate exercise or 75 minutes per week of vigorous exercise (or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity), it helps improve overall cardiovascular health.
We have partnered with Citi Bike to allow yogis the opportunity to benefit from the health program.
Personal bikes are always welcomed!
You must arrive between 5 - 5:30pm to guarantee a FREE bike.
